## What is Daymark?

Daymark helps you keep a few habits going without pressure. Check things off, run a focus timer when you need one, and look back at your week without being judged for the gaps.

DAILY OR FLEXIBLE
• Schedule habits on chosen days, or set a flexible goal like 3 days a week
• Check off with one tap, or count toward a target with +1
• Rest days never break a streak

FOCUS SESSIONS
• A calm countdown you can pause, resume and restart
• Only active focus counts; paused time is never logged
• Finishing a timer never changes a habit on its own. You choose when to log it
• Follow the countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island

SEE YOUR WEEK
• A week strip that marks full and partial days
• Daily completion, current streak, focus time, weekly goals and 30-day consistency
• Notes for any habit or session

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• No account, no ads, no analytics
• Your data stays on your iPhone. Optional iCloud sync uses your own iCloud
• Export a backup or your history as CSV at any time

Reminders stay off until you turn one on for a habit. Supports light and dark mode, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver.
