## What is DAYOFF?

Don't rely on willpower. Just lock the phone.

DAYOFF locks your phone for as long as you decide. Tap "Stop Now" and the apps you chose stay shut until your session ends.

DAYOFF uses iOS Screen Time to actually block the apps you picked. Open a blocked app and you get the DAYOFF shield instead. The reflex of drifting back in gets cut off.

■ BEAT A GAME TO GET OUT EARLY
To stop you from caving on impulse, unlocking early means clearing a mini-game. There are 21 of them — Stroop, memory, word puzzles, sudoku, mazes, even squats and tooth-brushing — and you can set the difficulty. The urge usually passes in the time it takes to think.

■ YOU DECIDE THE EXCEPTIONS
Keep essentials like Phone or Maps on the allow list. Change what gets blocked whenever you want.

■ THE TIME YOU HELD OUT BECOMES A RECORD
Every successful day fills a square in your grass grid, and your streak keeps climbing. Check your weekly blocked hours and your personal best, and compare with everyone else on the leaderboard.

■ SAME TIME, EVERY DAY, AUTOMATICALLY
Turn on auto-schedule and blocking starts on its own. Turn study hours or the hour before bed into a habit.

■ MORNING ALARM
When the alarm goes off, you clear a game to silence it. No falling back asleep.
