I had tried another day pass app and it would not let me access a hotel that I knew had day passes. Then I downloaded the DayPass app and it worked perfectly. Great travel tool.

Bought tickets for an event in Tampa Florida. Once at the door I was informed they took my money but didn’t produce the tickets so I was obligated to buy them again at the venue. Then I had to put in a claim with my financial institution because they would not return the money.

**Developer response:** DayPass doesn’t serve with events nor in Tampa. So there is little chance you used DayPass. 
It seems you confused us with another service.
