Don’t use *2025-06-30* Bought tickets for an event in Tampa Florida. Once at the door I was informed they took my money but didn’t produce the tickets so I was obligated to buy them again at the venue. Then I had to put in a claim with my financial institution because they would not return the money. **Developer response:** DayPass doesn’t serve with events nor in Tampa. So there is little chance you used DayPass. It seems you confused us with another service. I’m not paying a fee for the privilege of paying inflated food and drink prices. Make it one or the other and you’ll probably generate some nice ancillary revenue. However, it's worth noting that our day passes cover more than just a "pool and a chair." They grant you access to a well-maintained, secured environment where you can unwind and feel pampered.
