## What is DayProof?

Count the days between two dates, add or subtract business days, and find the date you need. DayProof is a free date calculator for everyday questions and work deadlines — with no ads and no account.

CALCULATE A DATE OR COUNT DAYS
• Add or subtract calendar days, business days, weeks, months, or years.
• Count calendar days or working days between two dates.
• Work backward from a deadline to find your latest start date.
• Choose whether to include the start and end dates.

SEE WHICH DAYS COUNT
Review your result on an interactive calendar. Tap a date to see whether it was counted or skipped, and why. Check excluded weekends, holidays, and the rules behind the result.

USE YOUR WORKING CALENDAR
Choose your working weekdays and selected holiday calendar. Built-in calendars cover US Federal, Canada Federal, England & Wales bank holidays, and Australia National holidays. Create custom rule profiles for company closures and additional regional holidays. Choose how results move when they land on a non-working day.

PLAN CONNECTED DEADLINES
Build a project timeline with linked milestones, such as Notice → Response → Delivery. Change the starting date and recalculate the timeline. Save reusable templates for work you repeat.

SAVE AND SHARE THE CALCULATION
• Revisit saved calculations and their rules.
• Export PDF reports showing the result and calculation details.
• Add project milestones to Apple Calendar.
• Run supported calculations with Shortcuts.

FREE BASICS. OPTIONAL ONE-TIME PRO.
Basic date calculations are unlimited and free, and work offline.

Advanced features include 3 custom rule-profile creations, 3 project creations, 1 saved template, 3 PDF exports, 3 Calendar syncs, and 3 actions to add favorites. These are total included uses, not daily allowances. Existing projects and rules remain editable after the included creations are used.

A one-time DayProof Pro purchase removes these advanced-feature usage limits. No subscription.

Results depend on your selected rules and calendars. Verify important deadlines against the documents and requirements that apply to your work.
