This game keeps getting worse. They have ruined the gameplay. They release second red spears heroes without giving cavalry skills. The game used to require skill and tactics as a team game. Now they have completely ruined the playability of the game. Well done ONEMT for ruining one of your games.

Здравствуйте, многоуважаемые разработчики. Уже 7 год я играю в эту игру и имею не мало опыта в данной игре, а также имею не один замок, в которые вложены и время , и деньги. Я не буду говорить про другие свои претензии, хочу обратиться конкретно по одной из них. 
В последнее время сталкиваюсь с многочисленными проблемами в игровом процессе. Очень тяжело переключатся между аккаунтами, нужно пройти целое испытание, чтобы это сделать. Что, собственно говоря отталкивает от игры в принципе. Я писала в поддержку, на что администрация ответила мне, чтобы я выложила видео на Ютубе о данной проблеме. Данное видео было выложено, по истечению недели данная проблема никак не решилась. Хотелось бы, чтобы данная проблема была как-либо исправлена, потому что не хочется терять процесс 7 летней игры. Либо дайте четкий ответ на то, как исправить это!

I have complained countless about the many farm castles cheating with bot castles in kingdom 63.  But you do nothing about it.  I spend money and you allow cheaters.  Why don’t you do something about it ?

Been trying and trying to resolve issue but I keep getting bot A1 chat and always to contact support. Done that but still no reply on my recharge pack 79 dollars that didn’t come through and still no answers. I put a report in many times gave pictures of the recharge pack and still no reply. And also please when you mute people just mute them in that chat room not all of them because if they need to talk to people in their alliance they can.
