The latest reverse improvement consists of being unable to search my database alphabetically: the option if offered but does not respond to clicking on it. This is in addition to no longer being able view appointment history for a given client. Daysmart doesn’t have a live call center and literally have not responded back to our inquiry through chat. I started when it was called appointment plus. I am not happy with the current app. When I want to look at a different month, it can take three minutes for the app to give me the next month.
