## What is DayTicker?

DayNightは、1日の行動を「タスク」「集中タイマー」「睡眠記録」で一元管理できるライフログアプリです。

・タスク管理：優先度付きでやることを整理
・集中タイマー：集中/休憩を切り替えて作業リズムを維持
・睡眠記録：毎日の睡眠と気分を記録し、過去データを振り返り
・振り返り分析：期間別の統計や偏差値表示で自分の傾向を可視化
