The one and only alarm sound ( unless you link to a playlist) is nowhere near loud or long enough to get my attention. It seems that would be easy update, if it happens 5 stars all the way!!!! ### 3/5 — Where’s Support? (I found it! Edits) *2020-04-18, version 2.11* Loaded “Daytime”, made all optional purchases available, authorized use of full time location services. It promptly located my position as Houston, Texas, over 100 miles from my actual location, as well as incorrect longitude and latitude. Website given with purchase could not be found. Rebooted phone twice with same faulty results. (2 hours later) O Yes, support was hard for me to find, but the response was excellent. The response by email was swift even though it was a Friday evening after hours. Not only that, the response was courteous, with detailed information/explanation which solved my issues with the longitude/latitude and Houston listed at the top of the display. All of the reasons and features that I selected the Daytime APP work well and the information displayed, is accurate for my exact location. The inaccurate longitude/latitude/location is merely a tag to determine time zone and has no bearing on calculations based on actual exact location. I think that information should be covered in the APP description; and I would prefer to not see the incorrect location/latitude/longitude regardless of reason, but it is just an inconvenience for me. Any negative rating points for that was eclipsed by the “outstanding customer service” that was immediate, courteous, and thorough. ### 4/5 — CFL *2019-07-14, version 2.11* I had been looking for exactly this. It’s a great app for early morning runs before it’s too hot or late in the day runs before it gets dark. 4 out of 5 stars because there’s always room to improve, in this case the alarms could use some more choices. ### 2/5 — Paid feature crashes the app *2018-10-11, version 2.10* I paid to get all the features unlocked, tried to set a sunrise alarm (the whole entire reason I got the app in the first place) and it crashes the app before completing the alarm. CRASHES ONCE PAID FOR. *2018-10-05, version 2.10* I was so excited about this app because, reportedly, it has alarms that will tell you when sunrise and sunset will occur among other awesome features. Sadly, IT WAS A SCAM. As soon as I paid for this app it refused to ever open again. On a loop, it closes immediately. I feel scammed and want my money back. Update: 8/27/17 As per your response, yes I do have the current version and that is when the app failed. It also will not work on iOS 9.3.5 after the update. On one device I tried the app before updating and it worked. After, it did not work. Extra note: On my iPod with 9.3.5, after updating I received a warning on safari saying there is a virus on my device. After deleting the app that warning was gone. I now have 4 Apple devices that the app will not work. Had to remove app on all devices, worried about virus warning. Have never seen that warning before. Not blaming app but it did show up after update. ( just saying) may try app again after next update. ### 1/5 — Crap *2015-06-12, version 1.3.184* This is a very poor app, only shows amount of daylight left. The Shabbat settings are perfectly timed for candle lighting and Havdalah—exactly what I’ve been needing (and for those whose level of observance would not permit them to turn the alarm off, rest assured it only goes off once and does not repeat; no need touch the phone before Havdalah is done). ### 5/5 — Apple Watch version? *2018-09-24, version 2.10* Good App. But when is an Apple Watch version coming out? With complication ideally, but even without... ### 5/5 — Alarm sound *2018-06-03, version 2.10* I like this app, but I had purchased it so that an alarm would wake me up each sunrise.... yes there is a very light-sounding alert sound available called “glass ding” but that will not wake me... they do have an option to choose a song from your phone but each time I click it, it pulls up a blank white screen that then immediately disappears and brings me back to the same page where I am suppose to choose the alert sound... I have iTunes on my phone... is this an unfortunate bug?
