Flew all night from the west coast to Boston and the Holiday Inn Cambridge just said “Sorry we’re sold out!” Left us exhausted and never tried to help us get a room at 7 am in the morning. We had to get on our phones and try to find ANOTHER hotel. And we were also stuck paying for ANOTHER Uber ride. The App offered us a discount NEXT TIME. There will be no Next Time.
