## What is dayvergent?

Explore time beyond one calendar.

dayvergent is a focused calendar companion for people drawn to lunar, lunisolar, Maya, and alternative systems of time. Choose the calendar lens that fits your practice, keep the Gregorian date as a familiar reference, and discover how one day can belong to several larger cycles.

CALENDAR SYSTEMS

Switch between four distinct calendar systems:

• 13 Moon & Dreamspell — thirteen 28-day Moons, the Day Out of Time, Leap Day, and the 260-day Kin cycle.
• Hebrew lunisolar — lunar months aligned with the solar seasons through a rule-based lunisolar calendar.
• Maya multi-calendar — Tzolk’in, Haab, Calendar Round, and Long Count shown together.
• Islamic civil lunar — a predictable 12-month lunar calendar that moves through the solar year.

Each system is presented on its own terms. Maya calendars are kept distinct from Dreamspell, and Islamic civil dates are clearly identified as calculated dates that may differ from local moon-sighting traditions.

YOUR DAILY READING

See today’s date through your selected calendar system. Move backward or forward one day at a time, return to today, or select a date directly from the calendar view.

Every day keeps its Gregorian reference visible, so you can explore another rhythm without losing your place in everyday life.

13 MOON & DREAMSPELL

When 13 Moon is selected, explore the full 13 Moon structure:

• Moon number and day
• Four seven-day weeks
• Moon name, tone, totem, purpose, and action
• Day Out of Time
• Leap Day
• Dreamspell Kin number
• Tone, color, glyph, and wavespell
• Reflection prompts for the day

Use the 13 Moon system as a spiritual practice, creative prompt, planning rhythm, or simple way to pay closer attention.

MAYA CALENDARS

The Maya view brings several concurrent cycles into focus:

• Tzolk’in, the 260-day sacred cycle
• Haab, the 365-day seasonal cycle
• Calendar Round
• Long Count
• Cycle progress indicators

The Maya calculations use the commonly used GMT correlation and are presented as a calendrical reference, not as a prediction system.

A CALENDAR THAT INVITES ATTENTION

dayvergent is intentionally quiet and direct. The dark interface, bright accents, compact layouts, and clear system labels are designed for quick orientation without turning the day into a busy dashboard.

Use dayvergent to:

• Compare different calendar systems for the same date.
• Learn the 13 Moon calendar one day at a time.
• Explore Hebrew and Islamic lunar dates.
• Read the Maya calendars as overlapping cycles.
• Look up Dreamspell Kin and wavespell details.
• Move through dates without losing the Gregorian reference.
• Keep your selected calendar visible with a Home Screen widget.

YOUR DAY, ON YOUR HOME SCREEN

dayvergent includes small, medium, and large widgets that follow your selected calendar system.

Widgets can show the current alternative date, Gregorian reference, Moon and Kin details, Maya cycles, lunar dates, days-since information, and more. When 13 Moon is selected, tap Next Lens to cycle between Ask, Notice, and Wavespell perspectives.

Choose a system in Settings, find today, and begin where you are.
