Should I have read it more throughly, yes. However I didn’t realize I subscribed to a year long subscription with $40 monthly payments. That’s fine, sure, at least I’ll use it right? Wrong! They neglected to renew the contract for the reason I subscribed and now I have a commitment to $400+ for something I literally can’t watch. We need better options for Women’s’ sports, the fans deserve so much better then a mid service and false promises. ### 4/5 — Rapid developer response *2026-08-18, version 2.45.70* The app was crashing out under tvOS after a recent update. While that should never have happened the developer response was good and things are back to normal. ### 1/5 — Beware! As the season approached, the app had problems and I reached out to DAZN support. All o can say is HORRIBLE support where they don’t know their own app is having problems even with the app messaging saying so. They told me to reset my tv, all accounts and try another ISP. Put me through a week of non fixes. After I finally got the app working with no assistance from DAZN, I asked for a creditor lost time. Their response: they do not give credit. I wasted two weeks on this and in the end they were cold and callous in their messaging and responses. DAZN is a MINIMUM 10X as much per game compared to MLB and I'm only watching 17 regular season games. Forcing $340 for 17 games or $480 on monthly with no lower dedicated team only sub like MLB or NBA. Up from $160 direct from NFL GamePass! I can watch 3,660 MLB and NBA games for LESS than DAZN NFL and I don't have to go through DAZN's secondhand quality streaming service. Insane pricing and poor stream quality is an absolute black cloud over trying to watch NFL, which is what's going to push VPN routing and pirating further. I won't be paying the price anymore, and neither is my father.
