Every time I try to sign up for my phone, it gives a network failure message and to try again later. I’ve restarted the app, deleted and redownloaded, but nothing works. Can’t even use it

Would not even recommend almost all the colors are labeled wrong you press it and it gives you the wrong color on the remote and the app you can’t even access different music from other apps this is completely trash

When I downloaded the app, it would not allow me to receive a confirmation code. It kept telling me that something was wrong with my WiFi no matter where I was or what device I was trying to connect. Another problem is when I tap on the choice for ‘music’ up top the app collapses. We can’t use any music since the app keeps shutting down as soon as I tap that option.

The app doesn’t work. I try to sign up and when I do it says to go to the log in menu and then I do that then it tells me I got it wrong. I try to do it again and it still doesn’t work. I try creating another account put it still doesn’t work. And that’s not the only problem at random times it just takes me out of the app for some reason. And the music control doesn’t work either. The lights work perfectly fine but the app doesn’t work at all
