DB NRWay ist der ideale Begleiter für Bus- und Bahnfahrer:innen in NRW. In DB NRWay gibt es nicht nur Tickets für den Verkehrsverbund oder für NRW, sondern mit dem Deutschland-Ticket auch ein bundesweit gültiges Ticket, dass ebenfalls einfach per Klick gekauft werden kann. Die App DB NRWay enthält eine aktuelle Fahrplanauskunft und weitere Informationen über die gewünschten Verbindungen. Das Ticketsortiment enthält Tickets des VRR, des WestfalenTarifs, des Rheinlandtarifs und des NRW-Tarifs. Wer es einfach und bequem haben möchte, nutzt am besten den elektronischen Luftlinientarif eezy.nrw. Das geht mit der App kinderleicht. Wenn Züge ausfallen oder größere Störungen auftreten, werden die Informationen oft gar nicht oder viel zu spät angezeigt. Man verlässt sich auf die App und steht dann trotzdem ahnungslos am Bahnhof. Gerade bei Zugausfällen sollten aktuelle Informationen die wichtigste Funktion sein. So ist die App für mich leider kaum zuverlässig nutzbar. ### 2/5 — Reaktion *2026-06-13* App zeigt Ausfälle und Verspätung zu Spät an. Ansonsten „top“ & besser als DB Navigator ### 1/5 — Schwach *2025-10-16* Nach nur 10 Minuten habe ich die App sofort wieder gelöscht. Mein Kundenkonto konnte ich nicht löschen. Trotz Bestätigungs-E-Mail nach der Registrierung konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen – trotzdem wurde mir eine nicht vorhandene Fahrkarte mit ca. 4 Euro berechnet. Ich kann einfach nicht glauben, dass so etwas in Deutschland möglich ist. Schämt euch! ### 3/5 — Will immer wissen wo ich bin *2025-09-03* Funktioniert leider nur wenn die App permanent den Standort abfragen kann, das sollte dringend angepasst werden. So ist das eezy Ticket keine gute Option. Das zieht natürlich auch total Akku und wenn’s Handy aus fährt man schwarz ### 1/5 — Katastrophal seit neustem *2025-03-26* Was habt ihr euch beim neusten Design gedacht? Seitdem dieses geändert wurde funktioniert die App einfach nicht. Ich gebe Start und Ziel ein und die App findet kein Ergebnis (war sonst nie ein Problem). Oder der Knopf um eine Verbindung zu suchen reagiert nicht beim anklicken. Katastrophales update und frage mich ob so etwas vorher nicht ordentlich getestet wird? Bitte behebt diese Mängel denn diese machen die App momentan unbrauchbar. ### 2/5 — gut aber was das für ein neues Design *2025-02-28* Was habt ihr getan. Das neue Design macht mich fertig. ### 2/5 — Ein Trauerspiel *2025-01-19* Arme DB, auch das funktioniert nicht mehr.. jetzt wird die S19 nicht mehr angezeigt .. nur noch traurig, und für so etwas schmeissen wir Milliarden Steuergelder raus. Wann räumt da endlich mal jemand auf ? ### 1/5 — Unzuverlässig *2024-09-27* Die App ist absolut unzuverlässig. Teilweise fehlen Zugverbindungen, beim Auswählen einer Verbindung verschwindet die Verspätung. Eben erlebt: schaue auf der Fahrt zum Hbf Düren nach, wann die RE1 nach Köln fährt - wird um 8.17 h als pünktlich angezeigt. 2 Minuten später wird am Bahnsteig eine Verspätung von 8 Minuten angezeigt. Fazit: die Bahn sollte die Programmierer entlassen und die Nutzer die App löschen.
