접속할때마다 본인인증 해야해서 귀찮은 부분이 있고 고객센터 연결도 잘 안되서 힘들지만

정말 쓰레기중의 쓰레기 어플
도데체 누가 만들고 누가 검수했는지 어떨땐 입력이 됐다가 어떨땐 안됐다가 지맘대로에
자동이체 한번 바꾸는데 인증을 4~5번씩 쌩쑈를 해야하게 만들어 놨음
그냥 기본적인 지능이 매우 낮은 사람이 만든게 아닌가 의심됨

멍청한건지 게으른건지 고객 다 떨어져 나가게 만드는 이런 앱 개발자는 알아서 퇴사하세요. 최적화도 안 되어 있고 로그인에서 진 빼게 만들어 정내미 다 떨어지는데 업데이트도 안 하나 보네요. 가입은 25분만에 했는데 계약조회 하려고 로그인하다가 질렸습니다. 같은 내용을 도대체 몇 번이나 인증받아야 하는건지 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 정말 타 보험사랑 비교되네요. 실망입니다.

자꾸 이 알림만 반복하는데요
보험 처음 가입하려할때도 결제창에서 오류가 나거나

공인인증서도 없고 PC도 없거든요? 앱 받아서 아직 가입도 못 함. 내가 사장이면 기획개발팀 전부 명퇴 종용함.

생각 좀 해 보슈. 대포폰으로 보험 드는 게 가능할 지. 본인 명의 폰 인증하는 것보다 옛날 공인인증서가 더 확실할 이유는 하나도 없어요. 그 떨거지 인증서 발급업자들만 그렇다고 우기겠죠.더구나 자동차 보험은 차량등록까지 이중으로 빼박입니다. 당장 고치세요.
