그런대로 이용하고 있었는데 갑자기 앱이 불안정해져서 접속이 안 되는 일이 늘었습니다. 그래서 필요할 때 이체를 못하는 일도 늘었어요. 불안해서 이용할 수 있겠나요. 이쪽 계좌 정리해야하나 고민 중입니다.

이체 좀 하려고 해도 접속 자체가 안되니 IMF때 은행들 문 안열어서 사람들 다 죽어나가는 시절이 생각남.

계좌비밀번호 변경 한다고 해서 들어갔는데 흰 화면에 not found떠서 안된다고 고객센터 연락했더니 계좌비밀번호 변경하는 경로를 알려주지 않나; 다시 깔았다가 되는 어플이라면 업데이트라도 똑바로 하던가요. 그리고 mOTP 인증하려고 신분증 인증했는데 몇 번이고 인증이 안되면 왜 있는거죠? 이것 때문에 또 몇번 어플 지웠다가 깔고.. 달라진건 없고요. 그리고 모바일에 없으면 홈페이지에서라도 할 수 있게 해야지 이건 모바일에서 밖에 안된다고 하는데 어플이 이런식인데 서비스 좀 개선하세요 제발 쫌. 이번 이후로 저축은행 안쓰려고요
