계속 멈추고 대체 이 어플을 가지고 뭘 하라는 건지? 뭐 하나 변경하려고 해도 넘어가지지도 않고, 진짜 이딴 어플 처음 보네

앱 지웠다가 깔고 별의 별 짓을 다해봐도 로그인이 안되네요. 장기미접속으로 오류가 발생했다고 앱 재실행 후 다시 시도하라는데 수십번 해도 안됩니다. 보험금 청구 못하게 하려고 앱을 이렇게 만드시는지...? 너무 불편하네요 빠른 조치 바랍니다.

유선으로 DB생명을 확인해보니 내부 전산시스템에 공백 있는 이름 못 받아준다고 합니다.

외국인일 경우 법적으로 한글이름이 아닌 여권에 나오는 영문 이름을 사용합니다.

이런 문재로 본인확인이 불가능하고 현재 앱상으로 따로 편한 로그인 방식이 불가능합니다.

그에 따라 아래와 같이 요청드립니다:

1. 금융인증서를 인증수당으로 추가함
2. 2024년인데 공백 이름 안되는 것이 말이 안됨으로 시스템 개선 요망
3. 앱 내에서 이런 문제를 신고 몇 일반 문의 올리기 기능 추가 요망

평소에도 로그인 방식이 타사보다 불편하지만 참고 사용했는데 어플 접속조차 안되는건 문제가 많은 듯
