However, this app doesn’t give that option, and I received numerous scam emails immediately after signing up. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t register… *2022-01-02, version 1.0.2* Both my husband and I tried using different cell numbers and email addresses and couldn’t get the code so we could register an account. Returning lock. ### 1/5 — Awful product and App *2021-07-24, version 1.0.2* This app is as bad as the actual lock product, sadly. It’s a shame, because if it worked even half the time it would be a worthwhile purchase. The app is barely readable (it’s not in English in many places) and the UI design is just terrible. It seems so jankety that I’m afraid to install it on my phone, so I’ve put it on an old phone that’s offline. I didn’t want to risk it being a spyware / key logging app. Stay away from this product is my advice. ### 1/5 — Cheap Lock and Awful Instructions *2021-07-16, version 1.0.2* The app is awful, the printed instructions are in size 1 font. However, I discovered that the problem went away if I put one space before the spelling of my email address. I also have to do that when logging into the app now. Went to login to app today to add my wife’s prints and couldn’t get into app. Keeps saying “fail”. Tried to reset password and when I request the “code” they are supposed to send to your email, the app again says “fail”. Then they created a firmware update. The update doesn’t work and the lock won’t work without the update. Yes, the English could use some revision in many areas of the instructions, but I didn’t even need to read them as the set up was basic for anyone who has ever set up a fingerprint on an iPhone. However, the unfortunate point is that it is not completely remotely used by the app in fact, when you go and try and use the lock and unlock it using the app, it just says to press the button on the Smart Lock to wake it up, however putting your fingerprint will unlock the lock and it will keep it connected, but I’m not sure why even have the app to unlock the app, I think they should fix it other than that it works pretty well ### 4/5 — Good, would be great if connected to Apple Watch *2023-09-24, version 1.4.3* This is a great lock for gym lockers, there are no combos to remember or keys to carry. The only thing is if your phone is locked in the locker, you have no backup if the fingerprint fails. Seems to work OK for me so far, programmed a few fingerprints and got an account set up relatively easily using my email. Lock is of OK quality, I’d say the thickness gauge could be a little bit bigger for security but overall seems decent quality ### 4/5 — Finally got it working again. *2021-10-28, version 1.0.2* Ok, so I used to use OkLok, and it was pretty good, but I guess it’s no longer available, so after doing some research, I discovered that DBD+ replaced OKLok. At first, I could not get it to work, but after playing around with it, I finally got it working with my locks. I do wish they had a language selection. I received an email that I assume is a confirmation email, but it was in this language 请或小使用!
