Dbd young เป็นระบบงานสำหรับนิสิต/นักศึกษาสาขาบัญชีที่กำลังจะจบการศึกษาเป็นบัณฑิตที่เข้าร่วมโครงการสร้างนักบัญชีคุณภาพรุ่นใหม่ (Young & Smart Accountants) กับกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า ให้มีทักษะความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานในวิชาชีพบัญชี โดยสถาบันสามารถแจ้งความประสงค์เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ผ่านทางระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่เว็บไซต์กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า (https://ysa.dbd.go.th/university) 

การนำเข้าข้อมูล (การแจ้งข้อมูล หรือนำส่งหลักฐาน เอกสารประกอบการแจ้งข้อมูล) เข้าสู่ระบบการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลนักบัญคุณภาพรุ่นใหม่ กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า ถือว่าผู้มีอำนาจของสถาบันการศึกษาเป็นผู้ลงลายมือชื่อและรับรองความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่นำเข้า ตามพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2550 พระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ พ.ศ. 2560 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม
