## What is dBFit?

dBFit helps you track workouts clearly with live heart rate zones, Apple Watch support and useful summaries after each session.

Start walking, outdoor running, cardio or strength training from the iPhone app. During a workout you can see your heart rate zone, duration, active energy and, where relevant, distance, speed or pace. Outdoor activities can record your route and kilometer splits so you can review how your training went.

With the Apple Watch app, you can measure your heart rate directly during a workout. The iPhone app stores your workouts and can sync data with Apple Health, including workouts, heart rate, energy, distance and speed.

For strength training, you can track exercises and progress. This helps you see how your weights and sets develop per exercise.

dBFit is built for athletes who want a focused way to train: start, measure, finish and review.
