Whilst the App worked in the past, now it has a number of bugs! - The log in sometimes works sometimes it does not. - Display of my license does not work at all. - When the connection works I get the notice license not found. - If the license search function actually works, and I enter first name, last name, city, it does find the license. However, it just shows the license whilst in the past under my license, one could see the detailed information. - Calling the help desk number provided was unsuccessful. They just told me that they do not have IT support to help!
