FaceID is never ever usable! And when I try in mainland China with card already linked up with Wechat wallet, it asks me to open this garbage app to authorize payment, HOW INCONVENIENT! You think up all kinda of features but cannot even do thr log in right!?! ### 2/5 — After upgrade the app, I can’t log in anymore *2024-12-06, version 12.24.0* I love DBS apps including this credit card app. However, after this recent update, the log in page keep asking me to input my Card+ ID account number which has no place to input at all. This is a very silly bug and makes everything so stupid. Now I cannot log into this app to perform my task. Hope you can see this message and fix it asap. ### 1/5 — Not very user-friendly even starting from log-in process *2022-10-08, version 12.2.11* The log-in screen doesn’t allow me to paste my password copied from e-notepad to fill in my password. OK, then I tried to type my password but the app only allowed me to input the full password in one go! If I swapped to the e-notepad to see my long password after typing a few characters, this app just wiped all my previous typed characters and required me to type from the password all over again. In a digital era, I really can’t believe that this app would expect users to write down their long / randomized strong password on a paper first before trying to log in this app! I guess I may use Face ID for log in after changing the settings but the very first attempt of inputting password above already made me feeling stupid. ### 5/5 — New UI is much worse than before *2022-01-21, version 12.2.0* The new timeline is so confusing and unappealing. It turns on the flash automatically and must use light background. The flash light has reflection on the id card. They always charge the credit card annual fee secretly. I don’t think so. ### 1/5 — Cheap company that tries to fool users *2025-04-10, version 12.26.0* The app hide the annual fee and user can only see that if they click the estatement - in the transaction records this fee is simply hidden; The current amount due always omit the cash rebate and they deliberately bold the inflated value without rebate to fool user to repay more every month; The category for a lot of transactions are wrong and they never adjust it even if you phoned they multiple times; This just shows what a cheap company this is as they try every means to fool customers in innovative ways constantly. Beware of every transactions in this app and check everything. ### 1/5 — Failing password *2025-02-07, version 12.25.0* This app is literal trash. I use password from my apple password (which is supposedly to be the same every time I entered my password) , but it just kept failing. I pressed forget password and reset, typing exactly the same password and the system said this password is the same as the existing one. I tried to enter the same one to login my account and it failed again. I just wanted to add my card to my apple pay but it just forced me to use this app. Not recommended and this is just completely wasting my time. ### 1/5 — Register?!?no Apple pay?????
