This is extremely frustrating, especially when I need to make time-sensitive payments like my credit card bill. Honestly, this is one of the most unreliable banking apps I’ve used. Even some non-RBI-approved apps function better than this. I had taken a credit card with a payable amount of ₹22,000, which I planned to clear through EMIs and finally by paying the full balance. Over the last several months, I made consistent payments — ₹2,000 eleven times — through Google Pay. All transactions were marked as successful. After paying a total of ₹22,000, I expected the balance to be cleared. However, when I checked the DBS app, I was shocked to see that ₹4,000 was still pending. When I contacted their customer support, they simply told me this is “interest” — without any proper explanation or breakdown. This is completely unfair and misleading. It feels like they are just trying to extract more and more money from customers without any transparency. The app doesn’t show a clear transaction history or EMI status in a user-friendly way, and the support team offers no real help. To me, DBS by Bajaj feels like a scam. They trap people in confusing charges and interest, making you feel like you’re never done paying. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from DBS Credit Cards. There are much more reliable and transparent options out there. Other banks doesn’t offer universal pool of choice due to focus on co-branded cards. RM support is exclusive as all RMs are allocated limited number of customers. Other banks RMs doesn’t have time to help customer well as customer allocation for them is 10 time higher than DBS. **Developer response:** Hello! Whats the use if credit card if we can’t transfer money in emergencies?? Why can’t you just call and verify identity while doing transaction instead of declining and then calling for verification??? The worst ever mobile app. Tried making credit card payment theough debit card but getting denied. Can’t give go with QR option. No option for UPI payment. Completely regret that I opted for this card. The worst part is still there is no option to edit profile and enter email id for ios users. Every website i try to pay online rejects this cards. I call them to ask and they say its the merchants fault, literally telling me every merchant is at fault but not them and doesn’t help anything with solving online payments issue. Then i ask them to connect to the superiors they cut the call without connecting. The service is terrible.
