I assume development has been outsourced to a local school IT department ### 1/5 — Inconsistent features between app and website *2026-03-09, version 26.2.1* The functionality in the mobile app is inconsistent with the website. When setting up a fixed-term deposit on the website, I can select my multi-currency account without any issue. However, in the app the multi-currency account doesn’t appear as an option at all. This is quite frustrating as it forces me to use the website to complete something that should be perfectly straightforward in the app. A banking app really should offer the same functionality as the web version. Please fix this so multi-currency accounts can also be selected for fixed deposits in the app. ### 3/5 — So many bugs *2026-02-25, version 25.12.1* Why do they keep enhancing it with things that actually reduce the user experience and functionality? Why does the latest update require twice as many clicks to do something as the old version? And then the bugs…. some of which don’t get fixed, ever. ### 1/5 — Unable to perform basic banking services *2025-12-16, version 25.12.1* After Apps updated, I can’t make fixed deposit transactions for several days, leading to interest losses. This is serious apps bugs, it should report to MAS. ### 2/5 — Disappointing Customer Experience *2025-12-08, version 25.12.1* Several bugs were found and no improvement over the years: 1. You can’t perform multiple fixed deposits in one log in. You must log out first and log in again before you carry out placement of the next fixed deposit. 2. You can’t get the most updated balance of the account after performing a deposit or withdrawal to the account. 3. For placement of a fixed deposit of a large amount say USD400K, you are always told the placement sum has exceeded the account available balance even though the fund in the account is sufficient. There can be caused by a bug relating to wrong calculation of account balance. ### 1/5 — User interface and difficulty of operation *2025-09-28, version 25.8.2* 在定存到期后已转出或再次定存后在fixed deposit 清单里会重复出现已转出的定存和再次转定存的部分，让人极度费解。另外，再选择定存开立的时候第一个界面显示的只有SGD，只有点击下一步后再次点击SGD的位置才可以选择其它货币，且这个操作也没有任何提示，全凭运气不断尝试才能知道，使用极其不便。 ### 2/5 — Slow update on apps for transferring. *2025-09-21, version 25.8.2* After updated the apps, I can’t see my account name during selecting account for transfer, after transfer not immediate showing the amount, I have to refresh in order to show the transferred amount to another account. Previously I can see immediately after back to main account. Terrible. ### 1/5 — 1 Step back in customer journey *2025-09-13, version 25.8.1* For CC payment, previously it auto populate the total amount and remember my last account to pay from. Now the current (10 Sep) version is a step back. Now I need to MANUALLY key in the amount to pay, and MANUALLY select the account to pay from - every time. It results in more steps to pay and also subject to human error. It becomes Bank More, Live Less. ### 2/5 — Can be improved *2025-08-18* User interface differs form the website login, so takes some time to learn two different user operations for the same bank. Remove the feedback screen that shows up at every logout - it’s annoying.
