At different steps in the process, the app states that they have some connectivity issues and I should try later. I’ve tried to reach out to DBS via their chatbot, but it simply doesn’t understand account opening issue query. Super frustrating. ### 2/5 — Bug *2025-12-19, version 25.12.1* When you are in the monthly cashflow page you could select any transaction that you want to make any changes. However, there is no way to go back to cashflow page. You hit cross and you are all the way out to the home page. The workaround is you go into any transaction even if you don’t change anything and pretend that you changed and save then you manage to go back to cashflow page. This is becoming so annoying. Also, for the savings account there is no way to change your recurring transaction. I couldn’t find the option anywhere neither in the app nor on online. ### 1/5 — Website feature not working *2025-12-17, version 25.12.1* The pay and transfer feature has not been working for days ### 1/5 — Disappointing User Experience *2025-12-15* Recent updates to mobile app is worse compared to earlier versions. Navigation is not smooth, performance is slower. Core principle of mobile banking app is to make transfers simpler and faster with smooth experience. If you want to save cost better wrap your website in mobile web view that way you can save more cost. Used to have balance amount reflected incorrectly. Today transfer in money from another bank. When tried to transfer the same amount to another DBS account, the balance shown is correct but system does not allow the transfer cause it states the available amount is below the transferred account.
