Tend to crash when checking the history/overview of the transactions 

Unable to even reach the login page on most of our shop devices stating “unable to process your request, please try again later” has been going on for a very long time and not fixed yet 
I can’t really use this on a day to day basis with my customers

Nice app for QR collections, Refund & Sweep operations.

The app is only good for showing sales reports, but otherwise unable to process any other services such as refunds which was the selling point of the service when it first launched. Problem has been going on for months and nothing has been done to fix this issue.
