The user experience is like something from the era of Windows 1.0. Breaking it down: 

Performance: Clunky, slow, multiple clicks to get to basic data, non intuitive, non interactive, not live, no support, just horrible. 

Functionality: Terrrible. Has to be be the worst trading portal on the market. And the costs for each trade are astronomical. Old school charges for an old school experience. 

AVOID!!

Please update - there must be demand for this to be better. Functionality frustrating and unhelpful. It is not even accurate - is missing one of my the stocks from my portfolio that shows on the desktop platform.

The design hasn’t changed since 2012. It’s not convenient to use. Please make it modern.

It doesn’t have the functionality of the website (which itself is closed for system maintenance many weekends a month all year every year - more than any site I have ever known), it doesn’t display any holdings and it is just littered with amateur execution e.g. spelling alphabet “alphabert”.

I enter the correct username and password but it doesn’t log in, and it doesn’t give any error message to explain why

Slow, no Touch ID support, cannot find the stock and ugly UI.

Clunky app with limited features. Can't check my balance. The news feed is impossible to follow and non searchable. I doubt anyone would find this app useful. I do lots of mobile trading and have started moving my stocks out of DBS to alternatives
