## What is DC Floor Mapper?

DC Floor Plan Builder is a single-handed drafting app designed for engineers who actually walk the data-center floor. No need to sit in front of CAD software. With a phone in one hand you can capture the racks in front of you, on the spot, as a clean blueprint.

- You measure on site, then redraw in CAD back at the office
- Traditional CAD tools are not made for one-handed use on the floor
- Every floor has a similar layout, yet you start from scratch every time
- You need to handle missing rack numbers (columns blocking A13/A14) cleanly

■ Key features
- Tap-to-place mode: one tap = one rack, long press to finalize the row
- Range mode: enter start, end and count to generate a row at once
- Row copy & paste: build row A once, then duplicate to B, C with a spacing
- Missing rack numbers preserved (no auto-renumbering)
- Measuring tape: tap two points to add a permanent dimension line. Move, edit length or delete after placement
- Place columns (pillars), walls and obstacles
- Walking log: mark your heading and current spot on the plan
- Scale bar always visible, stays accurate through pinch-zoom
- Project duplication for similar floors – just rename and edit
- Dark mode, JA/EN switch, meters/feet toggle
