I almost want to uninstall the app tonight. It’s almost always wrong. ### 1/5 — Timings are not accurate *2025-10-07* I accidentally bought a year service. I don’t use the app because the timings are far too inaccurate. I can be sitting on a train leaving the platform and this app will still Sy it is leaving in 2 minutes. I need more accuracy than this. ### 1/5 — Wrong timing on the buses with the app *2025-06-13* It will show a bus arriving, when there is no bus, because you all are not equipped with enough drivers! **Developer response:** Really sorry to hear you've had issues with inaccurate bus times. We get live locations straight from WMATA, so if a bus goes off-service we may not find out about it in time. The app gets live data directly from the local transit operator, so if there are issues with GPS receivers on the trains, or the operator's computer systems, that's out of our hands. BUT... if you're waiting for a train, and the arrival time is green with a radio signal that's a good sign it's being tracked correctly. Remember that you can tap on the departure time to see where the train is using the vehicle's GPS. It lets you know the time of your bus and even tells you if bus has delays or the time is indefinite. The only thing about it is that some of the times are occasionally inaccurate. It’s by far the best app for the WMATA metro and bus network, and it has a super easy and intuitive interface. It helped me get around and save $$ by using the bus. The free version was enough for my visit, but the 7 day free trial is worth trying. ### 5/5 — The Best DC Transit App *2024-09-20* It gives you a full route from beginning to end, accurate ETAs, accurate live updates. This is the most user-friendly DC metro app you’re going to find on the App Store, imo. I’ve tried a few of the others. This one is the best by far. 🙏🏽 ### 5/5 — Easy to Understand *2024-01-22* The interface is easy to navigate and provides many options for determining the travel modes available. Designed to allow you to plan your trip in a way that makes sense to you. The menus and map are interactive so you can find options using the lookup, making selections in the menus or finding the destination on the map and selecting it to plan your trip. You can lookup destinations by name, or my finding it on the map. Apparently this app is new to the Washington DC area, but is well established in other metropolitan locations.
