We offer following key capabilities: 
1. Virtual assistant, immersive training and remote assistance using AR and digital twins to help junior engineers to become senior engineers.
2. Integrated work order management with location-based routing optimizes field engineers work related to IMACs.
3. High-fidelity digital twins with computer vision (AI) to instantly update top data center infrastructure management (DCIM).
4. Inspect IT and OT assets' health to make informed decisions, prevent incidents, and start predictive maintenance.​
