App useless *2026-04-02, version 1.1.0* This camera was already in our brand new car when we bought it. Worked fine until they stopped updating the app! Now the only way to retrieve footage is to take the sd card out and use my computer. Technically doable however very inconvenient. And it was so easy to use. Literally open the app and select the footage I needed to view or download and bam just like that it was saved to my phone! I was actually really impressed. Well now I’m just disappointed as it seems the app stopped working with an iPhone update. So I would not recommend this camera to anyone as without the ease of using through an app, it’s nothing special. ### 1/5 — DASH CAM *2025-12-24, version 1.1.0* Very poor . The review written by “tomasyd” is completely true and accurate. It does not record unless you’re connected to the car wifi. You have to leave the app open in order for it to keep recording, and all for what? Because it doesn’t save anything. These people should have a good long, hard look at themselves for the money they are charging and for the poor quality they are providing. All fails to connect to the camera most times. Like others, I was sold the cam with a new car for $2,500. I took the time to make sure the install was done properly and have never had an issue accessing or downloading footage. Would highly recommend! ### 5/5 — Okay cool yes I had a problem with app *2022-07-21, version 1.0.5* And I spoke to Nancy through the email on the app and I She explained everything to me it was unreel once they explain it all to me it was difficult but as soon as I spoke to the Nancy it is fantastic it’s very difficult to set it up by yourself so realistically send them an email through the app and Dale get back to you in 10 minutes half an hour maximum so if you have any problems just send him an email thanks Nancy you’re a lifesaver and it’s sad to see so many bad reviews on such a great dash cam All you really need is the knowledge how to work it cheers and thanks Nancy for your help ### 5/5 — Great response form ATGA DashCam (WAYNE) *2021-09-06, version 1.0.3* I posted a review a few weeks ago regarding the DashCam. It was the dealer that had the wrong information regarding what memory card to use. Scandisk doesn’t work in these DashCams . Samsung memory cards is what to use. I give ATGA five stars for the way they helped me sort the problem out an now the DashCam works great with no problems .
