There is no accountability or care if things go unworked. ### 1/5 — Never Works *2026-06-20, version 7.0.8* This app never works. It either glitches at the point you need to enter an address or lets you get all the way to the end and then gives you an error message so you can’t submit it. Who knows how many tax payer dollars we’ve wasted on this app, which should be straightforward and simple but somehow never works. DC city government fails to deliver on basic city services yet again. ### 1/5 — Unable to submit tickets *2026-06-11, version 7.0.7* The app was fine for years and now I’m unable to get past the point of entering my address. I’m unable to submit any tickets through the app now. Amateurish and embarrassing. It says something about a city government that cannot run a simple on-line reporting service - and defiantly does not care that it can’t do it! ### 1/5 — Location not working *2026-04-20, version 7.0.7* The location selection was not worked for months rendering it useless. I called 311 to report it. They don’t care. Ask mayoral candidates their plans for fixing the issues with 311 ### 1/5 — Went from bad to worse *2026-04-11, version 7.0.6* This app must be programmed by a bunch of monkeys. Actually I take that back they could probably do a better job. It asks you a bunch of questions when you put tickets in. The majority of questions don’t stop repeating themselves. For example they ask you three times for your phone number. They asking you to upload a picture at the beginning but then ask you again later if you uploaded a picture. It seems like basic common sense is not one of their strong points. Recently, the app freezes on the Map page. Impossible to get past that. Like everything DC does, there seems to be no oversight or intelligence as to how it is done. The city is great at burning through money and this is just another example of misuse of taxpayer money. ### 1/5 — Used to work great *2026-04-09, version 7.0.6* Worked well before but now it’s useless.
