I called 311 to report it. They don’t care. Actually I take that back they could probably do a better job. It asks you a bunch of questions when you put tickets in. The majority of questions don’t stop repeating themselves. For example they ask you three times for your phone number. They asking you to upload a picture at the beginning but then ask you again later if you uploaded a picture. It seems like basic common sense is not one of their strong points. Recently, the app freezes on the Map page. Impossible to get past that. Like everything DC does, there seems to be no oversight or intelligence as to how it is done. The city is great at burning through money and this is just another example of misuse of taxpayer money. ### 1/5 — Used to work great *2026-04-09, version 7.0.6* Worked well before but now it’s useless. Can’t complain yet… *2022-02-13, version 6.5.6* I’m not sure what all these negative reviews are complaining about, but I opened the app, searched for yard waste, filled out all the necessary info, and it shot me a confirmation email. Now…whether they actually show up is another matter entirely, but using the app itself was pretty seamless with the slight exception of setting up an account. I don’t particularly care about that part as long as the services I pay exorbitant taxes to fund actually take care of my issues. ### 3/5 — works as guest only *2023-10-16, version 6.5.9* login doesn’t work. it just hangs after submitting the login information. that said, it works on guest mode. it would be nice for login to work and have your contact/address information stored. ### 3/5 — Nice idea but what use is it when no one responds *2020-09-29, version 5.0.2* The app is nice and slick, but what is the use when you open a ticket for parking enforcement and it's closed 2 days later with no action taken. Now when you get to the location section, it won’t let you search for a location and freezes - so it’s unusable. It’s annoying because I can’t submit pictures if I have to call instead of use the app, so it’s more work for the city to figure out what I’m referencing. Please fix!! ### 2/5 — App keeps freezing *2026-03-11, version 7.0.6* The app worked fine until January of this year. Now it freezes when you get to the point where you need to enter the location of the problem you are trying to report. It gets stuck with the pin on the map somewhere on Pennsylvania Ave, you can’t enter a new address, move the pin on the map or even continue reporting. You have to close the app. ### 2/5 — Can’t Submit Request *2026-03-08, version 7.0.6* On the location screen it flickers with some random address. It won’t allow me to just type in my address, instead it seems to be guessing (not at all well) and shifting the map back and forth. ### 2/5 — Freezes up *2026-01-28, version 7.0.6* A commendable idea but has gone from reliable to freezing up regularly. ### 2/5 — Very buggy *2025-06-01, version 7.0.5* Great concept and UI. Can’t create a new request without taking a photo. Would like to see a list menu of new requests types but that’s not an option that appears. Map view is not optimized for mobile and menu takes up more than half of the top screen. “View recent requests” list stuck with a spinner and never loads. ### 2/5 — Really slow to use *2024-01-10* App is mainly a wrapper for website that has backend problems. But on front end app now asks to login almost each time - and takes a while to verify password. On putting in requests it often asks for extraneous data and also prevent selection of locations without a specific address - if there’s no building there’s no address! ### 2/5 — Needs work *2024-01-10, version 6.5.9* This app is an important tool for residents to access city services, but it is clunky. It freezes up whenever I log into my account.
