## Newest reviews (5 of 25)

### 3/5 — App freezes as much as the cold rooms.

*2024-08-15, version 2.0.1*

See above.

### 3/5 — Useful but Glitchy App

*2023-08-10, version 2.0.0*

The app contains all of the information you need while attending the conference. However, I regularly experienced annoying issues such as the app freezing unexpectedly and having to wait several minutes to complete an evaluation. Fix these issues and it would get 5 stars.

### 3/5 — Ok…

*2023-08-07, version 2.0.0*

Difficult to navigate and keeps signing me out.

### 3/5 — Glitchy

*2022-09-02, version 1.4*

I’ve used this several years but this year it seemed very glitchy. Had to close and reopen just about every time I used it.

### 2/5 — SLOW

*2019-08-16, version 1.1*

The app was useful for the conference I attended. It updated on events, made it easy to search for classes. I even contacted technical support for help and The service was fast and helpful. But the problem was the app was SLOW. Super SLOW. We had to do evaluations after EVERY class and the app took forever to go from one page to the next, sometimes having to restart several times. At first I believed it was the Wi-Fi but even after getting off Wi-Fi it was slow. Everyone was on different cellular networks having the same problem so I know it was the app. Even after getting home to finish up the evaluations it was still SLOW. So my main complaint is the app is SLOW.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad app

*2024-08-15, version 2.0.1*

The app is terrible and buggy, it crashes or freezes all the time and you have to completely shut it down and restart. Then when you restart it takes awhile for the messages to load in. There’s also no feature to see sent messages and the message string looks more like an email thread instead of a conversation. Could go on and on but instead I’ll say the conference team should spend the money to partner with the Whova app. It has all of the features that this app has but it is way more stable and easy to use.

### 1/5 — User

*2023-08-08, version 2.0.0*

The amount of times this app kicks you out and having to enter your log w very time is ridiculous.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2023-08-08, version 2.0.0*

Keeps kicking me out

### 1/5 — Money over substance

*2023-08-07, version 2.0.0*

Entirely overbooked intentionally. Majority of breakout sessions were locked out, and no vendor demo sessions. Seems like more of a money grab than a useful conference to assist in CAC/ICAC investigations.

### 1/5 — Frustrating- almost unusable

*2022-08-15, version 1.4*

Running latest iOS update (15.6) & app would constantly freeze, close on its own, & took forever to initially open. Seemed to get worse over time & if you open a lecture, complete an evaluation, it would freeze every time. Not friendly to use @ all.

### 1/5 — Why are seats reserved?

*2019-08-12, version 1.1*

My law enforcement group attempted to attend a class and were notable due to 3 rows of seats being reserved for the Mexican Consulate? Why? Why are advocates / Cps or any other non law enforcement allowed to attend courses that would not affect them? Makes no sense.
The three other classes we attempted that morning were the same thing “reserved” several back rows. I’m looking for training elsewhere in the future it’s ridiculous.

### 2/5 — Keeps logging me out

*2024-08-14, version 2.0.1*

The app keeps closing out and takes forever to load once you log back in. Very inconvenient.

### 2/5 — Good in Theory, Buggy in execution

*2024-08-08, version 2.0.1*

It’s nice to have everything from class schedule, maps, attendees, etc, but the app is constantly shutting down and restarting to a degree that’s it’s hardly usable

### 2/5 — CACC app

*2023-08-07, version 2.0.0*

Survey Evans slow to load
Verification codes don’t work

### 2/5 — Sluggish

*2020-12-01, version 1.2*

Two co-workers and I tarted using the app. They gave up and moved to a desktop browser. For reasons of my own, I stayed with the app. I suffered through crashes and hangs almost every time I used the app to watch a remote presentation. The only real benefit was the app saving the presentations internally until my iPad was about to run out of storage. That actually turned out to be an unexpected benefit. I love it so much I gave it a two.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Recommendation

*2024-08-12, version 2.0.1*

Would like to see more sessions geared toward SANE nurses

### 5/5 — Information on hand

*2024-08-11, version 2.0.1*

Not much looking for what’s planned, it’s right here!!! Answer to question and tutorial. Very nicely done 😍

### 5/5 — Really good tool!

*2022-09-05, version 1.4*

It froze a few times at the end of the sessions because so many people were using it at once. But it was very helpful throughout the event!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2022-08-08, version 1.4*

So much amazing information with amazing people in an amazing place. This conference never disappoints!

### 5/5 — Excellent App

*2019-08-17, version 1.1*

This app is an excellent resource for being organized and not deal with paper.

### 5/5 — Very advanced App

*2019-08-16, version 1.1*

This made the conference so easy to find each course and enter the evaluations. I have attended a conference that was so well organized.

### 5/5 — Worked near flawlessly

*2019-08-16, version 1.1*

App worked great on the two devices I had (iPhone 6 and iPad 5) throughout the conference. The only hiccup I had was occasionally being logged out.

### 4/5 — Great App!

*2022-08-12, version 1.4*

The app was extremely helpful during the conference. I loaded it on my iPad and phone. My only issue was that the app would occasionally freeze. I would have to shut down the app and restart to make it work, which was annoying.

### 4/5 — Want to favorite speakers

*2019-08-19, version 1.1*

The app was really handy to have for taking notes and keeping up with everything going on. Two things I would like added for future conferences are:
The ability to favorite speakers so I can see which ones I loved in years to come.
The ability to print the slides and notes straight from the app. I’m still working on how to do that, but so far I’ve emailed them to myself and going to try to print them from my desktop computer.

### 4/5 — Great app, great conference

*2019-08-16, version 1.1*

The app is generally easy to use and contains a lot of information. For such a large conference it’s hard to manage everything easily, and the app definitely helps.

Minor critiques: buttons for maps and such falling below the sponsor logos makes it hard to find them. All events should be listed on the daily schedule (i.e. evening social events) as they are hard to locate under Event Info. Marriott spaces should include floor numbers. Overall map of Sheraton to Marriott walkway would help first time attendees navigate.
