Staff can upload receipts to automatically read and assign receipt data while uploading Credit Card statements.
In the New Claim page, when a receipt is uploaded, the app will automatically read the receipt data and fill in the values accordingly, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

We’re excited to announce several improvements that make submitting expenses faster, easier, and more intuitive.

Single Sign-On (SSO)
No more separate logins or passwords.
Simply open the app and you’re automatically signed in with your WFC account.

Improved Receipt Scanning
The new scanning function detects receipt edges and automatically crops the image.
Your receipts are clearer, and submitting them takes less time.

Easier Expense Creation
We redesigned the expense creation interface to be cleaner and more intuitive.
Adding a new expense now requires fewer steps and is much easier to use — especially for frequent travellers.

Coming Soon: Smart Invoice Meta-Data Extraction
We’re testing a new capability that will automatically read key information from scanned invoices, including:
•	Expense type
•	Currency
•	Amount
•	VAT
This will further reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy.

Did you know you can upload your credit card statement as a PDF into the web application?
The system will automatically create all expense lines for you and
you only need to verify the expense type, attach the receipt, and submit.
