Have tried both on my phone, husband’s phone, iPads and old cellphones but nothing works. Sad because when we first got here it was working well. Then decided I had no bins allocated to my address. This alone is awful because it assumes everyone has access to a phone that can download apps, they have an account, etc. But what’s worse is that it’s useless because my address is not on the system, so the calendar shows up blank. Also because my address is not in the system, there is no option to report the fact that DCC is not collecting our rubbish. And there is no function to report that your address should be in the system. Interesting that they manage to find all our addresses for charging us rates, but not for providing kerbside collection services. ### 1/5 — Nice if it worked *2024-07-05, version 3.1.4* I thought what a good idea, however typed in my address and got the wrong information which has caused us to miss out rubbish pick up… ### 1/5 — Good Idea but Terrible app *2024-06-23, version 3.1.4* Doesn’t work says address not in service area when it is when contact customer support they dont respond. ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-10-23, version 3.0.5* Currently you cannot input an address to get your collection day.
