Please fix it DCI! ### 1/5 — Worst app doesn’t even describe how bad it is! *2025-11-23* This app is how I clock in and out of my job. The app either won’t open or freezes up in the middle of a punch. There isn’t any way to adjust the punch time so even 1 minute over can mess up a whole punch. I understand Not being Able to add time to a punch but you should be able to adjust to make up for terrible app issues that prevent me from punching out on time…. Too many problems to list here ### 1/5 — Near worthless *2025-11-22, version 6.10.0* Requires a verification for every single punch but doesn’t allow you to do verify that on the app version. Can’t approve time unless I’m on the desktop version. ### 1/5 — Update the app *2025-10-30* Please update the app to be able to see other things within the app while being clocked in instead of only showing where to clock out. Also, during the clock out, it's not recording the time correctly. It spins and then when it's done spinning it puts down that time and it's usually later than the time I actually finished. Which means my client has to go in manually and fix it. Was. *2026-07-21* With this last update, I now have to delete the app every time I clock in or out. I have an older iPhone that works fine. I don’t want to replace it. I will probably have to now since I cannot upload the app again, I have enough data to do it, however when I went to delete the app, I just removed it from the home screen, now it just keeps going forth and back from the screen of open the app to the one where it says, there’s a new version of the app that I need to download. ### 1/5 — Always Issues *2026-06-12* There is always an issue when trying to clock in or out! Long wait period before it will even open to clock in/out! Many time I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work! Which always makes my clock in and out time incorrect! This should have been addressed since there is a review from a year ago with same issues!! I constantly have to go back in and add notes to my punches just for them to be approved. Not sure why there is even a field to select service types if I have to retype them myself anyway. My manager held a quick training for staff where she provided the system identifier and login information needed. I was able to login with no problems! ### 5/5 — Overall system *2020-08-20* I have read through most of the reviews and a lot of what people are complaining about, has nothing to do with the app and everything to do with their employers set up of the system. My employer took time to train all of us from the help center on the dci desk top version. This was very very helpful to see just how to use it properly. Most error messages are there because the employers need to set up the clients for me or update their plan dates for me. Other than this bug, the app is fairly straightforward, although it would be nice to be able to fix incorrect punches from the app instead of logging in on a web browser.
