When I receive a “ badge” it freezes on the app and the only way I can get rid of it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Cannot log in to my account using the the app despite numerous attempts including uninstalling and reinstalling. I can login via the website but NOT in the app. So disappointing.

UPDATE 30.05.24

Today I saw that there was an update for the app with “bug fixes” but alas, it is STILL not possible to login and instead we get the invalid credentials error message. It looks like nobody is listening to us. Such a shame as the app would be useful if we could only login to it. Back to using the website.

App doesn’t work!! Stupid really when you pay so much a month for membership for it not to work. Deleted and re installed a number of times and log in does not work!

I joined 5 days ago, the app has not accepted my details, I’ve reset the password. I can log in independently or on the website and am only offered limited sessions. If I try and book the session I want and log in at that point it says my login is invalid.
I have contacted the office and am still not able to book classes 😡

Constantly asks to re input log in details. Not user friendly. Can show ‘booked’ and ‘unpaid’ for a session depending which way you go into bookings. The app needs a log of work!!

I am trying to book 2 courts for 2 hours (4 hours total). However when I book 1 session it asks me to pick another or pay. When I book another then pay, only one court is showing to book. Surely I don’t have to do 4 seperate hour bookings!!
