I booked two weeks back but due to high demand and less man power they are finishing 5 complaints per day. Today they came and picked my old unused furniture and they are respectful. Good job and keep doing the same good work consistently across. ### 5/5 — Very good service *2026-06-01* I really appreciate the prompt action by your people, especially Manjesh Arya, the marshal, who is highly receptive, prompt and very cooperative, he needs all encouragement and promotion ### 1/5 — Need lots of improvement *2026-05-25* So I first downloaded the app like 2 weeks back , tried to book but the app won’t select location so removed the app. Then I downloaded it again last week and though the location selection section is not very user friendly, was able to manually select the location from map. Ok, good was able to place a booking ! But the date selected is gone — NO CALL from anyone , nobody came to pick stuff. The app still says status PENDING. Your initiative is good but then don’t deploy the app in production if things are not well tested. You also need to add a HELP section to contact you. And there is no mention if there are charges to for a pickup or not. Please don’t make it a surprise on doorstep —-saying heyy even though you are declutterring , you gotta pay ! Collection is always done on time, and the staff are professional and efficient. Highly appreciate their consistent and dedicated service. ### 1/5 — Charging money *2026-05-21* I would like to raise a complaint regarding the so-called “free decluttering/furniture collection service” offered under the Bangalore municipal corporation initiative. I waited for many days expecting the regular waste collection truck to take the old sofa, but they never collected it. Since I am staying in a rented house and my house owner was not allowing me to keep the old sofa outside, the situation became very difficult and urgent for me. When I contacted the decluttering/furniture pickup service, the staff demanded money for collecting the sofa. Initially, they demanded ₹2000 and finally forced me to pay ₹1000 for the pickup. I had no other option due to the urgency. This is completely against the purpose of a free public service. There is also no proper feedback or complaint mechanism available for citizens to report such issues. The person contacted me from this number: +91 63642 06856 He behaved very rudely and kept shouting, claiming there is “no free service.” This appears to be misuse and exploitation of a public service system meant to help citizens. I request the concerned authorities to seriously investigate this issue, take appropriate action, and establish a transparent complaint and feedback mechanism to prevent citizens from being harassed and illegally charged. ### 1/5 — App not working *2026-05-18* Otp functionality and the location functionality is not working.
