The app is completely unstable; it constantly crashes immediately after opening or while trying to sign in. Even though I am 100% sure of my credentials, the app keeps showing "Incorrect email or password" or just force-closes. Furthermore, the video player is outdated and lacks basic fluidity. Navigating through footage is a nightmare. We urgently need a complete overhaul of the UI/UX. The player should support seamless seeking (fast forward/rewind) and a much smoother transition between video clips. Please optimize the app for high-end iPad hardware.
