With it's integration with Microsoft Teams, notifications are also sent to specific Teams Channels with easy to use URLs back to our APP.

### DDS Ticket App 1.0.29 — 2026-07-01

Ticket IDs were showing with a comma in the thousands as though these were integers and not Text. This was fixed in 4 views. Also does a better job showing the folders relateive to the root.

### DDS Ticket App 1.0.27 — 2026-06-29

Added Document Templates. This will help organizations categorize and document details needed for projects such as copier, PC information. Or any other items or processes. Also refreshed the controls.

### DDS Ticket App 1.0.26 — 2026-06-18

In this version, several places that had the CategoryID and TicketID as numbers with a comma at the thousands, have been fixed. These are not numbers, they are IDs and therefore should not have the commas. Also, previously when an appointment is rescheduled only a symbol would represent this change. In this version, a reschedule is accompanied with the creation of a new appointment. A link to the new appointement is also inserted.

### DDS Ticket App 1.0.25 — 2026-06-17

This version treats the status on the personal calendar much better with a cleaner interface. Alos fixes an issue with time not being displayed correctly.

### DDS Ticket App 1.0.24 — 2026-06-16

This version includes invoice information that has billable time. Also includes a calendar feature and custom checklists.
