Ik heb meerdere keren op de bus gezeten met chauffeurs dat ongepaste vragen stellen aan mij. Ik ben gebanned geweest voor niks omdat de bus niet naar mijn halte is gekomen. Als je dan belt en uitleg wilt geven, zijn ze onbeleefd aan de telefoon en leggen ze af. Klantenservice trekt op niks. Je kan beter fietsen of wandelen atp.

Vreselijke planning. Ik kan geen rit reserveren omdat er zogenaamd een alternatief is met het openbaar vervoer. Wat is dan het nut van deze app?

Ongebruiksvriendelijke interface. Waarom kan ik niet meteen ritten voor meerdere dagen reserveren?
