Ik lees graag De Telegraaf, maar de app maakt dat onnodig lastig door video’s automatisch te laten starten met geluid.

Wat ik ervaar

Zodra ik:
	•	naar een volgend artikel swipe
	•	of een artikel open waar een video in zit

start die video meteen met geluid, zonder dat ik daar om vraag.

Dat zorgt er bij mij voor dat:
	•	mijn podcast stopt
	•	mijn muziek wordt onderbroken
	•	als ik ’s avonds net voor het slapengaan het laatste nieuws wil lezen, er plots een video met geluid afspeelt, wat voor mij én mijn bedgenoot erg irritant is.

Dit haalt mij uit mijn leesmoment.

Wat mij vooral stoort, is dat ik dit nergens kan uitzetten.
Ik wil zelf bepalen of een video start, en zeker of daar geluid bij hoort.

In de instellingen:

	•	☐ Geluid automatisch starten

Standaard uit, zodat ik zelf kan kiezen.

Conclusie

De inhoud is goed, maar door het agressieve autoplay-gedrag voelt de app voor mij onrustig en storend.
Met één simpele aan/uit-knop zou dit probleem voor mij direct opgelost zijn.

Was een goede app, maar na de update minder overzichtelijk en voor bijna alles is nu een abo benodigd.

Is verschrikkelijk. Vooral onduidelijk wat betaalde vs onbetaalde artikelen zijn. Na vele jaren verwijderd.

Bij het scrollen vertoont beeld schokken en dat is seer irritant. Bij de oude App was dit niet het geval. Mijn iPad is slechts een half jaar oud!

Alsjeblieft, gewoon weer terug naar de oude app. We hebben geen tijd om de hele avond te wachten tot alle informatie gedownload is. 

Beter minder mooi maar functioneel als heel mooi maar dramatisch in performance.

Waarom iets opnieuw veranderen wat de klant niet om vraagt. Daarbij te veel moeten betalen voor het lezen van nieuws. Nieuws is een recht ..!

Geven niet meer aan wanneer een artikel premium is dus 90% van de keren dat je klikt kom je voor een paywall. Gek van te worden nu na een aantal maanden besloten dan maar te verwijderen

Ik heb de app al een paar jaar. Maar als sinds geruime tijd irriteren de advertenties bij het lezen van artikelen. Niet de inhoud van de advertenties maar dat de tekst de hele tijd verspringt als de advertenties laden en bij het scrollen in de tekst. Je bent de hele tijd aan het zoeken waar je gebleven bent met lezen omdat de tekst naar boven en beneden springt. Mega irritant.
