## What is De verandering?

Ergotherapie De Verandering heeft een nieuwe app ontwikkeld waarmee cliënten hun therapie ook thuis kunnen voortzetten. De online omgeving biedt persoonlijke oefenprogramma’s, duidelijke instructievideo’s en praktische tips om herstel te bevorderen. Zo kunnen cliënten in hun eigen tempo werken aan kracht, coördinatie en zelfstandigheid, met begeleiding op afstand van hun therapeut. Deze digitale uitbreiding maakt therapie toegankelijker en effectiever, doordat oefenen niet langer beperkt blijft tot de praktijkruimte.
