This is exactly what I need and have been looking for. Only ginning 3 stars bc of the tagging system - which is an important feature! The tagging system either doesn’t work or is confusing. You can rename the tags\colors, but when creating a deadline, the tags are still just listed as colors - not what you named them. Then, when you select a tag to view deadlines with that tag/color, all your deadlines come up with every tag/color you select. Also, the icon choices are not great - there are a lot of them, but they are all variations of the same things. I really want this app but I can’t pay for something that doesn’t seem to work the way it’s supposed to. If there tagging was fixed I’d likely subscribe, though it would be better if there were a lifetime purchase option.

There is a problem of Icloud Sync between devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone) even if it is active and re-installed app and also with the premium version doesn’t change the problem.
It could be also useful to have the possibility to share tasks with other team members and integrate also calendar dividing tasks from delivery dates

..но приложение очень сырое, и оно точно пока еще не в том виде, чтобы разработчик вообще предлагал оформить платную подписку. Некорректно отображаются надписи и всплывающие окна/рамки/выноски- наезжают друг на друга и/или ничего не видно. Не интуитивное добавление новых проектов, задач и подзадач и их редактирование. Удалить задачу (дедлайн) вообще невозможно, после нажатия на Корзину, Корзина и сопутствующие иконки становятся серыми, а сам дедлайн остается на главной странице. Ну и так далее. Много всего. Пользоваться приложением по сути невозможно, тут было бы более уместно поставить 1 звезду. Платная подписка вообще неуместна в такой ситуации. Ставлю 3 только за потенциал и общие очертания дизайна, который рано или поздно вроде обещает быть симпатичным.

I need to have subtasks of subtasks for hierarchical planning to be useful. And you cannot visually edit the Gantt chart.

You can't drag and move anything or zoom in/out with any real precision.

It shows some promise but there is a fraustrating lack of features. Weird bugs for entering to/from dates slow tasks down.

Disappointing overall and not recommended.

Hopefully it’s something that will be fixed in future but the app keeps crashing for me which of course makes it hard to actually do anything with it. I have tried closing the app and restarting my device but it’s still crashing all the time. Thankfully I didn’t have to pay for it as I’m on the free trial but I won’t be renewing.

Hope you can fix these issues because I rather liked the UI.

Lots of positives to this little widget: GANTT view is helpful; widget appearance is clear;  quick and easy views; milestones / subtask creation.  Oddities include milestone start date defaults to end of task rather than beginning; unable to find obvious way to edit milestones; doesn't appear to integrate across platforms well.  Oh, and support website does not respond ... :-(

Overall I like the app, it has kept me on track with my homework but I don’t like that the widgets don’t automatically update the current time that’s left. I constantly have to get into the app to view the most current time which removes the entire purpose of the widget.

Trying to understand more of the app, and the possibilities. But questions seem to go unanswered. I was really hoping to give this a try but not a lot of functionality I find.

Regrettably, whilst I had high hopes of this for managing contracts, it simply keeps crashing. There are all kinds of GUI issues with text entry boxes being partially obscured and simple button taps that do nothing. £9.99 subscription cancelled. App deleted.

This company try to sell its app so fast. Doesn't like users to see it first and make your decision to buy it or not. I'm pertty sure it is so buggy. It doesn't allow you to close the app. and if you want force quit it the logo turns to Asana's logo!!

This is one of my favorite deadline tracking apps because its so easy to visually see my schedule. I dunno why so many calendar or reminder apps dont have a gantt chart, its so helpful for me especially. I wish we had the option to use the old widget ui though, i liked the visually striking larger circle. Now if you choose one task its lists the same task as a smaller sub category box which doesnt make sense to me, it just uses more space to name the same task twice. Not a deal breaker though

Dear Deadliner Team,

First of all, I would like to thank you for creating such a great application! Deadliner is exactly what I was looking for in a productivity tool — the visual countdown circles and clear deadline management are simply brilliant.

Unfortunately, after updating my Mac to macOS 15.5, the app crashes immediately on launch. I've tried reinstalling the app and clearing the settings, but the problem persists.

According to the crash report, the error seems to occur in SwiftUICore → EnvironmentValues.subscript.getter, and the system raises an EXC_BREAKPOINT (SIGTRAP).

If helpful, I can share the full crash log.
I would greatly appreciate if you could look into this issue or let me know if an update is planned. Deadliner is a fantastic app, and I would love to continue using it.

You can tell that a lot of love and research has gone into this. It is customizable and near-perfect. The UX is clear, seamlessly allowing you to see a timeline view vs a list view. I recommend anyone who wants to manage their personal AND work life to give this a try. I especially love the categorization and the huge icon library. I do not understand why this is not #1 on the leaderboards. To the developers & product team: keep working on this, because this combination of functionality is a sure winner with some more marketing.

When you open the app for the first time, it will ask you to choose between two subscription options, one annual and one monthly. For the year 2023, the annual cost is $13.49 with 7 trial days, and the monthly cost is $2.99 with 3 trial days. If you simply want to try the app, you can choose an option and then unsubscribe.

Compared to other similar project management apps, I find this app very easy to use, with a clean and very visual interface. I consider as well that the annual subscription cost is cheap, so I have chosen to subscribe.

It has two main options. In the first one, you can create your "deadlines": every project you need to follow up, each one with subtasks and deadline dates. In the second option, you can see all your active projects, using a Gantt Chart. You can see today, week, month, year or all projects.

I recommend it if you want a simple, easy to use app for project management, and if you feel confortable using Gantt Charts

디자인 훌륭하고, 툴사용이 쉽고,  시인성이 높다. 아주 좋다. 다만 아래 몇가지

1. 날짜 기입, 변경, 기간 조정.. 등이 불편하다. 
;달력이 드레그, 등의 기능으로 쉽게 조정할수 있으면 좋겠다.
날짜 선택할때, 달력으로 나오면 좋겠다.
-일일이 선택하는것은 간트형 차트에 어울리지 않고 데이 스케쥴에 적합하다고 생각함)

2. 간트챠트의 경우 축소하여 월, 주간으로 볼때에도 간격 영유가 있던데, 흐린 구분선이나, 날짜등이 보였으면 좋겠다. 확대를 해야만, 날짜 시간등이 보이는 점이 아쉽다. (그럼 전체일정을 한눈에 보기 힘들다)

추가 의견. ; 달력형 + 간트(프로젝트 기입) 으로도 볼수 있는 옵션이 있다면 좋겠다.

I like this app. Wingo is another that is very close to what this does, however I love the Gantt chart part of the app. My use case is leaving either the countdowns page or the Gantt chart open on my iPad while I work on my Mac. Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of friction in adding tasks and I hope the dev can work on making this more seamless. From the Gantt chart, I would like to be able to add, edit and delete projects and milestones. That would make this app chef’s kiss for me. If you enjoy a visual deadline, $10 bucks is a fair exchange for the productivity and aesthetic of this app.

This is a great app and synce easily with all my devices and helps me visualize what needs to be done first. Though I would love to share my dealines with other people so they also know when something is due. Other than that its a helpful app

Додаток справді коштує своїх грошей. Краще по візуалізації в AppStore поки немає. Але ж достатньо багато багів є в додатку! Оновлення виходять не часто і в цьому основна проблема, хоча повторюсь — додаток класний. Доробіть, щоб працювало ідеально і кількість завантажень зросте в рази. Очікую на доопрацювання багів та нових фіч😉
