Die App = Gut,
Und Danke das es so was gibt!! 
Allerdings für die Mac Bedienung hätte ich da drei Vorschläge.
1) man könnte eine andere Stimme als diese Mechanische verwenden, dass würde evtl. etwas näturlicher zu hören sein.
2) Der Sprachrythmus ist für den Zuhörenden anstrengend.
2) wenn mann Tippt wäre die Verbindung zur Enter Taste gut damit man nicht jedes mal mit dem  Cursor auf das Lautsprecher Symbol klicken muss.
Das würde ich persönlich mir noch wünschen.

Leider absolut funktionslos! Ich würde gern den gezahlten Betrag von 4,99€ wieder geschrieben bekommen - eine absolute Katastrophe, dass so etwas im App-Store angeboten wird. Ich bewerte echt fair und in der Regel lieber gar nicht wenn es Murks ist der angeboten wird, aber hier musste ich mal Dampf ablassen - sowas geht gar nicht!
Selbst 1-Stern ist noch zuviel!
