I have serious social anxieties and never really understood how it came to be. I realised this after high school . Since my school judging was never a thing or maybe I was just so innocent to notice it. Now I think maybe I was just me, normal. I was so comfortable at school. I missed school after completing the course. Enough of my story I’ll maybe share it with a therapist or sth, that is if I sort it enough to get to him/her. But so far this app has been helping me get through it day by day and noticing improvements. Maybe I can now get to a therapist. :)
