## What is DEAL?

DEAL — The Card Workout
Turn a simple deck of cards into your toughest workout yet. DEAL takes the classic deck-of-cards workout and makes it effortless: each suit is an exercise you choose, and each card is a number of reps. Flip through all 52 cards and you've earned a full-body workout — anywhere, with zero equipment.
How it works
- Assign an exercise to each suit: clubs, diamonds, spades, hearts.
- Tap to flip cards — the card's rank tells you the reps (Ace is 1, face cards are 10).
- Work through the whole deck, or call it quits early when you've had enough.
Built for real workouts
- Big, bold, sweat-proof interface — glanceable at arm's length even mid-rep.
- Exercises stay visible as you dig deeper through the deck, so you always know what's next.
- You choose the exercises, so it fits your level, your goals, and the space you have.
No equipment. No excuses.
- Bodyweight-friendly — pick squats, push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, or anything you like.
- Work out at home, in the park, on a trip, or in a hotel room.
- Every hand is different; no two workouts ever feel the same.
Three suits to zero — your call
Start fresh each time, or end the workout whenever you need. The goal is simple: finish the deck, beat your time, and come back for the next hand.
Download DEAL and make every card count.
