But the best part for me is that you’re not stuck using this on a computer or laptop. You can do it on the go given how robust the app is. I find myself scrolling down to find the tax evaluation page. Then back up to see cash flow . Also instead of having an editing page. Make the fields in the analyze page editable. Switching for page to page and facing a different order of sections is confusing. Wouldn’t mind being able to factor partnerships, by percentage as in an hei scenario. the app is great, Maybe customizable owner carry loan options. However have to drop a stars having just now caught this after quite a while of using this, but my paid sub expired and I see no reason to spend the money again so have been using free version and just realized the comps are not comps, not even a little bit, and you’re not allowed to change them, so as it would make life a little easier sending that page too, don’t even use it as a reference for anything bc one house will be a house for rent, one, sold 2+ years ago, one sold, and others none of the above. I calculate my comps anyway not being able to change them bc it doesn’t know if they’re rehabbed anyway so, so it jacks the ARV calculation anyway with like 20k un-rehabbed houses being selected.
