Our new App gives Dealer Car Search customers the ability to scan vehicle VIN bar codes to add their acquired vehicles into Dealer Inventory. Dealers can add, edit, and delete vehicle inventory and photos with just a few quick steps. The App also allows Dealers to scan Driver’s Licenses to add Leads and Floor Ups into our Integrated Lead Management System. I have to delete the app almost daily and reload to use it. The pictures work great if you take them thru the app however if you take pictures and upload the app does not give access to all the pictures you took. One must leave the app and try again. This usually takes several attempts. It is inconvenient at best. After 20 years of partnering with Dealercarsearch it is quite disappointing. ### 1/5 — It does not working well *2026-06-06* If I have 5 car to take pictures I’m screwed, because the app doesn’t work, I have to delete the app from my phone and install again to keep working!! I’m trying to upload the pics and the next minute I don’t have access or I don’t find the pictures. Unbelievable!!! ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-04-02* I use this app for work and it’s terrible. Half of the pictures load half of them don’t. Half the time the app doesn’t open I have to delete it and re download literally every day. This is how we post the pictures to our vehicles and it’s an absolute nightmare when you got 60 plus vehicles daily. Horrible plain and simple ### 1/5 — When will they wake up? *2025-03-28* They keep blaming iPhone photo format for picture uploading issues. When you say a phone, used by 155 million Americans, is the problem it shows me they are not willing to innovate or adapt. Don’t use them, don’t sign up. There are much better options available. The company’s time is limited from my point of view using them for 7 yrs, each year it got worse. ### 2/5 — Too buggy *2025-02-21* Every time I login, I need 2FA. It’s a little ridiculous. Every 5th time I try to use the app, it will not open and I have to delete and re-download it.
